Some patients come to us, are diagnosed and treated, and are out the door with a positive pregnancy test for just a few hundred dollars. But others have a more complex case and finances can quickly become a concern.
Our financial consultants work with patients to: determine insurance coverage, give estimates for treatment options, refer to outside financing resources, establish required deposit accounts, explain detailed bills, and more.
Nobody likes to contemplate big medical bills. But we hope that our compassionate and caring business office staff will make the process a little bit easier. Like the receptionists, the nurses, doctors, and
embryologists, our finance staff is here to help you realize your dream.
Justin Gray heads up our business office and is an excellent resource for our patients with questions about insurance, billing, and finances. He has been with the practice since April, 2001. Justin is a Certified Professional Coder and has a clinical background as a Combat Medic with the Oregon Army National Guard.
