Laboratory Fees

Once you have met with your physician and have decided how to proceed with treatment the business office can estimate your costs, including laboratory fees.

Established patients may contact Joy, Tiffany, or Justin in our business office for a report about our fees. 877-567-4994 or 503-274-4994  Option 3.
