Sometimes these fertility challenges are due to premature ovarian failure or declining follicular reserve, a genetic disorder, the side effect of chemotherapy, or absence of the ovaries. Those who choose egg donation have often experienced a long and difficult medical journey before making this decision. We are dedicated to ensuring personal and expert services for both egg donors and egg donor recipients.

For those who are experiencing compromised fertility, Exceptional Donors offers the option of family building through egg donation. Our egg donor recipients are a diverse, multinational group. We are proud to be able to offer a large and distinguished donor egg pool so that recipients may find the special traits and characteristics that they desire. Our clients from around the world are secure in the knowledge that our egg donor pool is, indeed, derived from remarkable, accomplished young women.

We carefully screen potential donors to ensure medical and psychological suitability for egg donation. Because we strive to provide those facing infertility with maximum choice, our program categorizes donors in several ways. We have donors who are exceptionally gifted intellectually. These young women have provided our agency with GPA and SAT scores, and many have undergone a psychological evaluation, and have taken the MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory), which has been evaluated by a psychologist who is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). We also have egg donors who have excelled in athletics, music, science, and a multitude of other areas. When physical appearance is a priority, recipients have access to photos provided by our donors, either baby pictures or recent photos. In addition, our agency provides descriptions of the diverse and exceptional qualities of all donors.
