Neill Fishman has been the C.E.O for Oregon Reproductive Medicine, LLC and Reproductive Medicine Laboratory, Inc. since early 2007. He has been the executive leader for many physician owned medical groups and organizations during the past 30 years. In the 1990’s he was the Executive Director for The Vancouver Clinic, a 100+ physician medical group in Vancouver, Washington. For several years he was the Executive Director of InterHospital Physicians Association, a 1,800 physician Independent Practice Association. Just before joining Oregon Reproductive Medicine, he was an in-house consultant with Northwest Physicians Mutual Insurance Company, a physician owned medical malpractice insurer. Neill has earned an A.A. degree in nursing, a B.S. in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley, and an M.H.A. from University of Minnesota. He has held multiple board positions including a directorship at Medical Group Management Association. He currently lives in Portland with his partner. They enjoy sailing in the Puget Sound. Neill is thrilled to newly become a grandfather.
Jonathan Kipp joined Oregon Reproductive Medicine as the Marketing Director in March, 2007. Most recently Kipp started a magazine publishing company that launched and then five years later sold the market's most successful women's magazine. Prior to this he worked as a freelance writer.
Kipp has worked for large advertising agencies in Los Angeles and New York City and a shipping company in Tokyo. He earned a BA in Tehcnical Journalism from Oregon State Unveristy and a BS in Physiology from Portland State Unviersity.
In his spare time Kipp chases after his children (Zach, 4 and Annie,1), is renovating a historic home and takes an occasional horseback ride (preferably on a Montana cattle ranch).
