Dr. Elizabeth Barbieri joins practice

Dr. BarbieriOregon Reproductive Medicine is pleased to announce the arrival of Dr. Elizabeth Barbieri to our practice. Dr. Barbieri joins Drs. Bankowski, Hesla and Matteri in the practice of reproductive endocrinology. Dr. Barbieri is now accepting new patients.

Elizabeth A. Barbieri, MD, is board-certified in obstretrics and gynecology and specializes in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Oregon Reproductive Medicine.

Dr. Barbieri received her bachelor's degree with distinction from Yale University. She was also a member of their nationally ranked women's lacrosse team. Dr. Barbieri received her medical degree from University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Following this, she completed residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Northwestern University McGaw Medical Center. Dr. Barbieri completed her three year fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Weill Cornell Medical College. She has extensive expertise in in vitro fertilization, especially treatment of poor responder patients. Dr. Barbieri has co-authored numerous articles and textbook chapters in the field of reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

Her research interests include genetic etiologies of infertility, treatment of diminished ovarian reserve, and the use of complementary medicine in infertility.

Dr. Barbieri is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists as well as a member of American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
